Assessment and Care Provision of Mrs.Amalie Jones. Nurses play a big role in the prevention of such problems.Amelie Jones has few age related problems such as Macular Degeneration , Arthritis and risk factors due to lifestyle such as Hypothyroidism, risk of fall, wei ght loss and depression. Nursing interventions will be person-centred and ethical. Mrs Amalie Jones is an 89 year old widow. She lives alone and had to give up on lot of things of her interest due to arthritis pain. Recently she developed macular degeneration and had to give up driving affecting her independence. She rarely leaves the house as she has difficulty with mobility with her health issues.
